How to Make this Easy Smoothie Bowl

Freeze banana and both types of melons for 4-5 hours. Or you could use any type of pre-frozen fruit mix packs. Place them in a high powered blender (@vitamix) with flax seed powder, oat milk and agave syrup. Blend on high until really smooth and creamy. You may need to stir it around a couple of times in between.Transfer to a bowl and put this in the freezer for another hour to set. Then scoop them out and enjoy!I usually make a big batch and save it in an airtight glass container in the freezer for a couple of days.Top it however you like, or follow what I did. I personally love Kiwi and pineapples with melons. The perfect combination of tart, sweet and fresh.
