Prep notes:
Below are the products I used today. Not sponsored, I’m just a fan 🙂

Laurel’s Butter makes a whole range of products, but today I used their berry crunch, which is peanut butter that’s jelly infused! Who doesn’t love a PB&J in a spoon!

Navitas Organics   makes a range of superfoods, and a personal favorite is their vegan cacao nibs. Adds the perfect chocolatey texture and flavor while being healthful and delicious!

Nutpods creamers are great to have stocked. They’re perfect for that morning beverage, or to make any dish creamy. I especially love their vanilla and hazelnut creamers with oats. And they’re regular creamer is perfect to add that richness and velvety finish to soups and sauces.

If you don’t have a vanilla creamer, don’t worry! Just add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to your regular creamer.

Method:
Cook 1/4 cup oats with 2/3 cup water over medium heat. Once done, add a few splashes, or ~2 tbsps of french vanilla almond creamer and a tsp of agave syrup. Mix and set aside.

Yum, just as is; but we’re not done!

Melt 1/2 tsp vegan butter in a non stick pan. Sauté 1/2 cup chopped asian pears for a couple of minutes. Keep tossing and add a couple of pinches of pumpkin spice, or you could use just cinnamon. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly cooked and caramelized.

Add the golden pears on top of oats.

Then top with a good tbsp or two of berry crunch peanut butter that tastes like a PB&J!

Still not done…

Add 2 tsp hemp seeds. Now, what’s breakfast without chocolate? Add the vegan cacao nibs and this completes today’s insanely delicious and healthful bowl of oats.
