Welcome! I am a vegan chef and I make plants and spices shine. I find joy in cooking, and I started sharing that joy for one simple reason, to show the world that we can be compassionate through what we eat.
After a career in Bioinformatics, I traded my corporate hat for an apron and I couldn’t be prouder and happier!
Whether you’re plant-based or plant curious, one thing is certain, we all need to eat more sustainably, and eat plants. We need to fundamentally alter the way modern world has shaped our food habits, and thus our health, and our planet.
Using knowledge from my culture and heritage, along with my experience and love for global food, I have found my purpose in teaching people how to cook. I make food flavorful, soulful, nourishing and diverse.
Eating plant-based does not mean having to give up eating nostalgic, comforting, habitual or cultural foods. They do both co-exist and thrive, and I will show you how.
A plant-based life is about abundance, not restriction. It is about kindness to our body, to animals, and the rest of our planet. We will do this, one delicious meal at a time! I can’t wait for you to join me ✨
