Bruschetta Salad


When life hands you incredibly juicy and sweet local farmers market heirloom tomatoes, you add fresh soft mozzarella and basil and call it dinner!

@traderjoes crunchalicious salad mix (no kidding on the crunchy part!) was the base. Kale, red and green cabbage and Brussels sprouts. Lightly dress it with some lemon juice and cracked black pepper.

Cut even slices of tomatoes, mozzarella and layer with a couple of basil leaves in between. Liberally salt them, add crushed red peppers and a few drizzles of @traderjoes garlic extra virgin olive oil. It’s seriously garlicky and extra delicious!
